Bride Rejects Seeming 'Demure and Mindful' on Her Wedding Day, Ends Up With Serendipitous Wedding Photos of Her Living in the Moment
Very demure, very mindful.
It's all we've been hearing online, but what does it mean? Well, for one bride, she was simply tired of the idea of looking perfect on her wedding day and instead, opted to live in the moment. Hilariously, her expressiveness and this rejection of demure mindfulness is what made her wedding pictures so incredibly special. Although they aren't lined up to be the photos in the next issue of 'Bridal Magazine', I think this bride understood the assignment when it comes to making the most out of your wedding day.
Weddings can put a lot of pressure on brides. All eyes are on you, including the infallible eye of your wedding photographer, so there's a weird sense of voyeurism that goes along with your wedding day. The woman in our next story, u/joymlee, was sick of worrying about what others thought of her appearance on her big day and decided to throw her hands up, live in the moment, and have the most wonderful night of her life–photography results be darned.
However, this approach cultivated adorable, wholesome, and real pictures that are far more valuable and way more expressive than any basic bride.
